2. Doorstep Inspection (Check & Accept)

We follow a transparent doorstep verification process so that you receive only fresh and intact products:

• Check When the Delivery Person Arrives: When the delivery person arrives with your order, please inspect the package, outer seal, and contents at your doorstep before accepting.
• Verify Condition & Quantity: Confirm that the packaging is intact, sealed, and matches your order details.
• Take the Product After Verification: Once you are satisfied with the parcel, complete the delivery handover and receive the product.

3. Terms Applicable After Delivery

Because our products are natural, consumable, and perishable:

• No return requests, product return pickups, or refunds can be processed once the delivery has been received and verified by the customer.
• Products cannot be restocked or reused once they have been handed over to ensure 100% safety and hygiene for all buyers.
